Mathews Produce and Pasture Raised Beef is a husband/wife-owned and operated farm located in Central Louisiana. We sell a variety of fresh summer produce and winter vegetables, along with pasture-raised beef and local honey.
What We Do
At Mathews Produce and Pasture Raised Beef, we strive to bring the highest-quality produce and pasture-raised beef to the tables of Louisiana. All produce that we grow is started from seeds on our farm and all of the cattle we have raised ourselves. Our mission is simple: to provide fresh, seasonal produce and pasture-raised beef straight from our farm to your table.

Our Practices
All of our produce is started from seeds at our own home. We have two greenhouses where our sprouts grow. Once the seedlings are large enough, we transplant them into the fields. We believe in sustainability and caring for our plants to the best of our ability. Our beef is from the cattle that we raise. All of our cattle are pasture-raised and grain-finished to give them great marbling and tenderness.
