Summer Produce
From mid-May through the end of July, we offer a variety of summer produce, including: watermelons, cantaloupes, a variety of squash and peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, and okra. What makes our produce unique to central Louisiana, is the fact that all of the produce that we sell is started from seed, on our farm, by us! It truly is straight from farm to table!
Winter Produce
From approximately late November through the end of January, we offer a small variety of winter vegetables, including: broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, mustard greens, and turnips. Just like our popular summer produce, all of our winter vegetables are started from seed!
Pasture Raised Beef
All of our beef is from cattle that we raise on our farm. The steers that we use for our beef program are Angus x Hereford crosses. The beef that we sell is pasture raised and grain finished to give them desirable marbling and tenderness. All beef always has access to pasture, we do not confine any to a dry lot.
