About Us

I am Haley Mathews. My husband Jeremy and I own and operate Mathews Produce and Mathews Pasture Raised Beef. Jeremy is a 4th generation row crop farmer, I am a school teacher. During summer break, you can find me running our produce stand!

Jeremy began the produce business, with the help of his grandpa and dad when he was about 12 years old. He began by only selling super sweet corn. When we got married in 2020, we slowly began expanding from sweet corn and tomatoes. Now, we offer a large variety of summer produce, our very own pasture-raised beef, and honey. We also offer winter vegetables on a smaller scale - fall is a busy time of the year!

We also operate a small herd (approximately 100 head) of cattle. Our herd consists mostly of registered Hereford, registered Brahmans, and F1 commercial females. In the spring of 2024, Jeremy and I decided that we wanted to expand our business once again, to provide our community with high-quality beef.

We believe that it is important to know where your food comes from, and when you buy from us, it is straight from our farm to your table!

Our business is near and dear to our hearts. We strongly believe in having a good work ethic; we work A LOT! This is the way that we were both raised and how we want to raise our children. We believe in the future of agriculture and investing in the futures of our children. We are establishing a business that will thrive for generations to come.
