Shrimp & Grits


Ingredients

  • Mathews Sweet Corn

  • Cream Cheese

  • Butter

  • Bell Pepper

  • Onion

  • Grits

  • Shrimp

Directions

  1. Cut some corn off the cob and slow cook it all day with butter, bell pepper and onions! Freeze it for easy sides through the winter!

  2. Make a big batch of grits and add a 1/2 block of cream cheese.

  3. Warm the corn and add it to the grits!

  4. Sautée some shrimp on the side!

  5. Put it all together for the best shrimp and grits you’ll ever eat!
